Full Design and Reference Library.

 

  • Highly experienced and trained workforce with specific skills in the manufacture and assembly of rail products.

  • We manufacture to your design and specifications and/or manufacture and supply from the extensive range of standard components /points and crossing designs that we have on file which are tried and tested designs.

  • We are fully equipped to provide technical expertise and advice for all customers.

  • We work with you as an integral member of your team to deliver a component or system to suit your specific needs.

  • Over 4,500 square meters of undercover manufacturing facility all of which is serviced by overhead cranes. No project is too small or large.

Manufacturing.

  • Rail size : 31Kg through to 68 Kg

  • Standard transitions 1 in 5 through to 1 in 15 and specials as required

  • Turnouts: Standard, broad, Narrow and Dual Gauge

  • Crossings: Fabricated and rail-bound manganese (RBM) crossings in both “V” and “K” configuration

  • Diamond's, compounds and gauge separators

  • Fish plates and junction plates

  • Switch assemblies, switchblades, stock rails and switch chairs

  • Guard rails

  • Straightening and machining of rail and railheads

  • Switch stands and switch boxes - new and refurbished

  • Fabricated Base Plates

  • Manufacture of specials to clients design and specification.

Refurbishment.

 

  • A large part of our business is refurbishment and we welcome your inquiries.

  • We are a One-stop shop: Our broad experience across all aspects of the rail business means we can organise full manufactured solutions to address turnout supply, for either new or replacement needs.

  • When dealing with us you will deal with a dedicated relationship manager, experienced in all aspects of turnout supply and focussed on your needs.

  • If timing is an issue we can provide a priority manufacturing service for urgent works.

Site Conditions and Reports.

  • Our highly experienced Rail Sector staff are available to evaluate site conditions and provide reports on project feasibility and refurbishment proposals as extra value added services.

Site Supervision and Management.

  • Our staff can be contracted to assist with Site Supervision and Management, Offering you over 25 years of expertise in the field.

Extensive Stock.

 

  • Cost Savings: Ask about the cost savings for reconditioned versus new supply. We have an extensive stock and can also manage your inventory and recondition as required as well.

  • Logistics: We can organise delivery across Australia to coordinate exactly with your project requirements.
